We had an amazing stay at this venue. The location was outstanding, as it was right across from a famous museum which we could easily visit any time we wanted. The hotel was in a very quiet area, which was a huge plus. The staff were very friendly, from the receptionist to the restaurant server to the manager. We felt very welcome here. The room was very modern and had all the amenities we needed, such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We were even given a welcome drink upon arrival.

Our room had a disappointing view of a close wall, but the shower was excellent and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast used quality products and the waiting staff were super efficient. The hotel is in a prime position, close to major attractions, and the all-day bar next door was convenient.

From the rooms, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Guggenheim museum and the beautiful river. The spacious and bright rooms offer all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome throughout your stay.
The hotel's DIY bar could have been better, as it gave a more hostel-like feel with a simple scrap of paper to keep track of your purchases.

Superb service from friendly staff. Enjoyed chatting with them and learning about the local culture. Impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Great views of the city and nearby attractions. Free WiFi and coffee in the bar were a nice touch. Appreciated the availability of umbrellas for the unpredictable weather.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right across from the Guggenheim museum and close to the bus station. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient. the breakfast provided was great with a variety of options.

Plenty of towels and shower gel in large containers. Light and comfortable dressing robes. USB ports on bed sides. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Opposite Guggenheim museum. Guggenheim package includes breakfast and tickets, avoiding queues. Good, fast, and reliable Wifi. Comfy bed with fluffy pillows. Fantastic location. Pleasant decor. Easy to use shower and great separate toilet. Eco-friendly stay. Walkable stairway. Honor bar and good library. Perfect.
